Sophrology

Sophrology is an effective tool, tailored to each individual, for discovering one’s own resources, achieving personal fulfillment, and improving quality of life at work. Its techniques help create distance and develop the ability to “let go.”

The sophrologist travels across the three sites of the institution. She offers free daytime sessions, lasting between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Group sessions can also be organized occasionally within the department, in coordination with management.

What is sophrology?

Sophrology is a set of relaxation techniques combining breathing, muscle relaxation and mental imagery (visualization). It helps individuals learn how to manage stress and emotions, as well as develop their potential. It can be used as a therapeutic technique or tool.

Sophrology is accessible to everyone: its exercises are simple and easy to practice on a daily basis.
