Feedback on the training 'Adaptation of SMUR teams in hostile environments'

Photo de groupe au pied du Puy-de-Dôme

Organized by CESU 63 of the SAMU at the CHU, this immersive training allowed healthcare professionals to prepare for safe interventions in extreme environments: cliffs, ravines, forests, buildings, or disaster-stricken areas.

Highlights?

Full-scale exercises, one of which took place in a truly exceptional setting: at the summit of Puy-de-Dôme!

Aimed at doctors, nurses, and paramedics, this training focuses on:

  • Theoretical and scientific input;
  • Realistic scenario-based exercises;
  • Active learning centered around self-assessment and individual progression;
  • The development of technical and decision-making skills in challenging conditions.

Kudos to the organizers and participants for their dedication and professionalism!
