The Dunant Entrance Transformed

Vue drône du site Gabriel-Montpied

Gabriel-Montpied Hospital is redesigning its Dunant entrance (north side – tramway access) to improve traffic flow and drop-off zones for healthcare transport professionals, while enhancing the quality of public service for patient access to the hospital.

As part of the drop-off area improvement plan, major construction work will begin in mid-July. These works, scheduled to last approximately six months, aim to streamline the circulation of private ambulances, light medical vehicles (VSL), and taxis, as well as facilitate access for CHU medical transport services.

Once completed, the drop-off zone will be exclusively dedicated to professional (non-emergency) transport, with a time-limited parking area reserved for ambulances.
