For appointment requests, please send your letter directly to the dermatology consultation secretariat. This includes general dermatology, oncodermatology, dermato-allergology, pediatric dermatology, bullous diseases, and chronic wounds (excluding pressure ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers).
In cases of suspected drug-induced skin reactions (toxicoderma), a detailed medication history must be provided, including treatments taken up to 3 weeks before the rash (with start and stop dates for each medication).

We conduct teleexpertise consultations for chronic and surgical wounds. Our team does not provide in-person consultations for patients who are not hospitalized at the CHU. If your patient was operated on outside the CHU, it is preferable to first coordinate their care directly with their referring surgeon. This activity is part-time, so response times may vary.
