The Management Board is the governing body of the institution. Created by the HPST Law, it replaced the Executive Board. It is a board with a medical majority, responsible for advising the General Director of the University Hospital (CHU) on the management and operation of the institution.
The General Director convenes the Management Board at least eight times per year.
The term of office for members of the Management Board is four years.
Responsibilities
The Management Board:

Adopts the medical project and prepares the institutional project.
Decisions resulting from consultations with the Management Board are either made by the General Director or submitted as proposals to the Supervisory Board.
The Management Board is consulted, among other things, on:

The multi-year objectives and resources contract.

The policy for continuous quality improvement and patient safety, as well as conditions for patient care.

The social report.

The investment program.

The forecast of income and expenditure (EPRD) and the financial account.

The internal organization of the institution and activity unit contracts.

Real estate operations.
